Prepared for a career in graphic design with courses in practical and theoretical concepts of visual communication from idea conception to final presentation to printer or client. Developed working knowledge of both concepts and execution with particular focus on computer assistance, drawing skills, and technical developments in the field.

Internship

Back office ticketing agent in the Customer Service Department, providing customer service for clients, and airport agents. Problem resolution with flight reservations, reissues and procedures to assist agents in how to amend and correct records. Experience in data entry with products such as vouchers for voucher ticketing, promotions, award certificates, and paper tickets for reissue.

Assisted the secretary of the Art Department along with the other artists and developers. Assisted with website design graphics.
